Payment
We offer a range of payment options at Llauradivine Aesthetics, including cash, credit, debit, and e-transfer. You can choose the payment method that works best for you, and rest assured that your payment will be processed quickly and securely.
Deposit
To secure your appointment, a deposit is mandatory and only payable via our booking site.
This deposit amount will be deducted from the total payment and the balance due on the day of your appointment.
In the case of manual booking, we will provide you with a link to complete the deposit payment. It is essential to note that any appointment without a paid deposit within the next 12 hours will be subject to cancellation with notice.
Deposits are non-refundable. In the event that you need to reschedule your appointment, kindly do so at least 48 hours in advance to keep your deposit active for 2 week prior your initial appointment. Failure to do so will necessitate a new deposit.
Refund
Please take note that deposit or service charges are non-refundable after the service has been rendered. However, if you are unhappy with the outcome or face any issues, we offer several avenues for resolution. These include an at-no-cost corrective service, a 50% discount on your upcoming appointment, or complete service removal depending on the nature of the problem. To be eligible of these options, kindly notify us within 48 hours of your appointment. Furthermore, if our technician causes any appointment delays of one business day, you are entitled to a full refund. The refund will be credited back to the debit/credit card used on file, and it should reflect in your account within 2-7 business days.
Lateness
Clients who arrive 15 minutes or more past their scheduled appointment time will be subject to a cancellation or a late fee of $10 or more. If clients arrive 30 minutes or more past their scheduled appointment time, the appointment will be automatically cancelled, and a new deposit will be required. In the event that a technician arrives 30 minutes or more past the scheduled appointment time, you will receive a $10 discount or more on your final bill.
Rushing
We prioritize providing quality service to our clients and do not accommodate rushed requests. Service timing is estimated and may vary based on individual client needs. Our technicians reserve the right to conclude an appointment in the event of undue pressure.
No Show
In the event that a client fails to attend their scheduled appointment without prior cancellation, they will be charged half of the amount for the services that were reserved. However, in exceptional cases, exceptions may be granted on a case-by-case basis. Additionally, clients may be permitted one grace appointment for last-minute rescheduling, cancellations, or no-shows.
Moreover, if you fail to inform us regarding any cancellations or changes twice, you will be prohibited from booking any of our services in the future.
Disrespectful Behaviour
At Llauradivine Aesthetics, we prioritize respect and professionalism in our salon. We do not tolerate any form of disrespectful behaviour and take immediate action to ensure a safe and pleasant experience for all of our clients and staff members. We kindly ask all clients to respect our space and staff, and we thank you for your cooperation in maintaining our high standards.
